ASTM A182 F11 is a low-alloy steel usually consisting of chromium (1.0–1.5%) and molybdenum (0.44–0.65%), along with traces of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon. This alloy has superior corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. The mechanical properties of F11 include tensile strength 415–585 MPa, yield strength of a minimum of 205 MPa, and elongation of a minimum of 20%.
