ASTM A182 F91 is high-strength ferritic alloy steel composed mainly of Chromium (8–9.5%), Molybdenum (0.85–1.05%), and Carbon (0.08–0.12%), along with other elements such as Manganese, Silicon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Vanadium. These factors improve its mechanical strength and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The material has a minimum tensile strength of 585 MPa, yield strength of 415 MPa, and elongation of not less than 20%, with a hardness value of 190–250 HBW.
