Duplex Steel S31803 Circle has about 22% Chromium, 5–6% Nickel, 3% Molybdenum, and Nitrogen and Manganese, in a well-balanced dual-phase structure of austenite and ferrite. The structure provides outstanding corrosion and mechanical fatigue resistance. The alloy offers a minimum tensile strength of 620 MPa and yield strength of 450 MPa, with an elongation ratio of around 25%. Its excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking renders it ideal for challenging environments and high-pressure processes.
