Hastelloy C22 Channel is an alloy containing mostly nickel (about 56%), chromium (22%), molybdenum (13%), iron, and traces of cobalt and manganese. This alloy gives it superior corrosion resistance to oxidizing and reducing conditions. Mechanically, Hastelloy C22 also has excellent tensile strength with an average yield strength of about 35 ksi (240 MPa) and tensile strength of approximately 75 ksi (515 MPa). It also shows good ductility and toughness at high temperatures and maintains stability and performance in aggressive chemical and high-temperature industrial processes.
