Incoloy 800 Foils consist of 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and at least 39.5% iron, along with trace amounts of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. This alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 520 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and impressive elongation properties. It retains its mechanical integrity even at elevated temperatures and shows excellent resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization.
