MP35N Sheets and Plates are manufactured from a corrosion-resistant, high-strength Nickel-cobalt alloy consisting mainly of Nickel (35%), Cobalt (35%), Chromium (20%), and Molybdenum (10%). This special makeup provides superior corrosion resistance, stress-corrosion cracking resistance, and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. Mechanically, MP35N has superior strength with a tensile strength of more than 200 ksi (1379 MPa), and it retains ductility and toughness even in extreme conditions. It is hardenable by work strengthening and aging, increasing its durability. Such properties render MP35N suitable for corrosive and high-stress environments.
