Nickel Alloy 201 coils consist of around 99.6% pure nickel with a maximum carbon content of 0.02%, preventing graphitization embrittlement at high temperatures. These coils have a tensile strength of 40–65 ksi, yield strength of approximately 15–25 ksi, and elongation between 40–50%, providing superior ductility and toughness. Nickel 201 is not magnetic and provides high electrical and thermal conductivity.
