Stainless Steel 17-4PH Channel is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel with a typical composition of 15–17.5% Chromium, 3–5% Nickel, 3–5% Copper, and traces of Niobium. Its most significant feature is its ability to be heat-treated to obtain great strength and hardness. Its mechanical properties are a tensile strength of up to 1310 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 1170 MPa, depending on the heat treatment condition (typically H900 to H1150). It has great mechanical performance with fair corrosion resistance, making it ideal for high-load and precision applications.
