Stainless Steel 304H Angle is a high-carbon version of the conventional 304 grade, comprising Chromium (18–20%), Nickel (8–11%), Carbon (0.04–0.10%), Manganese (≤2%), Silicon (≤1%), and balance Iron. High-carbon content enhances high-temperature strength and resistance to creep. It possesses a tensile strength of around 585 MPa, yield strength of 240 MPa, and elongation of 40%. SS 304H provides great resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and weldability and can be used for high-temperature service. It does not lose its structure due to thermal stress and is thus suitable for applications involving heat and pressure.
