Stainless Steel 304H Channel is a high carbon variant of the very common 304 grade with higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) that provides high-temperature strength. Its standard composition contains 18–20% Chromium and 8–10.5% Nickel, together with manganese, silicon, and traces. Its mechanical properties are tensile strength of approximately 585 MPa and yield strength of 240 MPa, with good elongation and toughness. It maintains its austenitic structure at high temperatures and is very resistant to oxidation and corrosion, thus ideal for heat-intensive uses and heavy-duty structural applications.
