Stainless Steel 310H Channel is a high-carbon variant of SS 310, engineered for higher strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. Its chemical composition consists of Chromium (24–26%), Nickel (19–22%), Carbon (0.04–0.10%), Manganese (≤2%), Silicon (≤1.5%), and balance Iron. The higher content of carbon gives better high-temperature mechanical properties without affecting corrosion resistance. It has a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. SS 310H has superb toughness and structural stability in oxidizing environments, making it a good choice for uses that need thermal fatigue and high mechanical stress resistance.
