Titanium Grade 2 Circles consist of 99.2% pure titanium with minute amounts of iron, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen. They provide exceptional corrosion resistance in oxidizing and slightly reducing environments, particularly against chlorides, seawater, and the majority of acids. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa, yield strength of about 275 MPa, and good formability and ductility. They possess high fatigue strength, are non-toxic and biocompatible, and demonstrate exceptional weldability and fabricability. Their low weight (4.51 g/cm³) is a reason why they are the perfect material for weight-critical and corrosion-sensitive applications.
